Camembert & Pear Spring Rolls with Vanilla Dollop |

3 sheets phyllo pastry
80 ml butter, melted
125 g firm Camembert cheese
2 fresh pears, thinly sliced (or use tinned if you have to, drained)
100 ml STORK Crèmendous whipping crème, whipped
1 vanilla pod, scraped OR 2 drops vanilla extract/essence
5 ml white ILLOVO sugar
1. Brush the phyllo pastry with the melted butter. Fold in half and then cut in half.
2. Place a slice of the camembert cheese and a few slices of pear onto a corner of each piece of square pastry.
3. Roll nice and tightly to half way, and then fold the sides up neatly. Brush with butter again and then roll into a neat spring roll.
4. Place on baking tray and cook in a pre heated oven of 180 – 200 °C for about 8 – 10 minutes until the pastry is brown and crispy.
5. Serve with the dollop of the cream that has been whipped slightly with with the vanilla and sugar!
