Our culinary team building events are perfect for boards of directors, entertaining your clients, motivating employees, celebrating achievements, inspiring executives, welcoming new recruits or just letting off steam … we will tailor make an unforgettable cooking experience to suit that will be water cooler chatter for a long time!

Our hands-on team building events inspire the most reluctant of ‘chefs’ to be innovative and perhaps discover hidden talents, in our relaxed, "barnyard" style venue. No sitting at a dinner table enduring boring conversation, our team building gets everyone up and moving around work stations, promoting teamwork and friendships. Cooking together is a great way of getting to know your friends and a fantastic team building way to bond with your colleagues! These events are highly successful amongst both small and large companies alike.

Clients such as Standard Bank, Mondi, Chep, Investec Bank, Triton Express, KPMG, Deneys Reitz, Unilever and Nedbank to name but a few, have all experienced our fun team building cooking events. We can host up to 50 people for team building events and will tailor make the event to suit the size of your group.

Our venue if fully equiped for all your meeting requirements. The meeting room is ideal for mini conferences, product launches, sales meetings, board meetings or brainstorming sessions. And .... we will provide a team building cooking event if you like!

Conveniently situated in Musgrave road, events are relaxed and interactive, taking the form of participation and demonstration, where teams compete by preparing gourmet dishes, and then enjoy the meal at the end together. All events take approximately 3½ hours.

Included in our price is the venue, facilitators, crockery, cutlery, Whirlpool appliances, utensils and anything else you need. We provide such as recipes, aprons to wear whilst cooking, utensils, knives, chopping boards and all the ingredients, as well as the feast at the end!

Our minimum charge for is for 12 people (even if there are fewer people).

You BRING:

•Refreshments – or we can arrange on your behalf;
•Cameras - to capture moments of culinary genius;
•Something warm to wear, just in case – we eat on our veranda.

Gifts and prizes can be arranged ... personalised aprons; cookery books; WEBER braai accessories; WEBER recipe books; chef's knives; kitchen utensils etc.

We also do team building events at a venue of your choice.

BARTER & BRIBE CONTEST
Turn up the pressure where participants have to rely on good communication and teamwork for successfully producing the meal. Some ingredients have to be bartered or bribed from competing teams ...

APPETIZER CHALLENGE
If you are looking for an event that is a bit shorter in duration, try your hand at our making gourmet hors d'oeuvres (no pigs in a blanket here). It's all in the presentation! Everyone will showcase their culinary masterpieces in a grand buffet style, for all to enjoy.

WEBER BRAAI COOK OFF
Master the art of the gourmet braai! WEBER braai events fo very successful with companies returning over and over again to add to their repertoire.

THE AMAZING RACE
Missing a few ingredients? This is a race against the clock to buy your ingredients and be back in time to complete your dishes! Loads of fun!

WHAT WORD IS THAT?
Decipher the recipe in French and make sure it is correct! Perhaps a dictionary will help!

COOK WITH A CELEBRITY
